Description:
  • Conceptual design, using presentation and visualization programs
  • Detailed production
  • Undertaking a variety of space designing projects
  • Dealing with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
  • Designing practical spaces but yet visually pleasing
  • Preparing and/or reviewing preliminary concept designs and developed drawings
  • Conceptual design using presentation and visualization programs
  • Hand free sketches:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural engineering
  • Knowledge of current & modern building materials
  • 10 – 12 years of relevant experience  renovations, space planning and new constructions)
  • Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design programs.
  • Good written and spoken English.
