Software Product Manager

The successful candidate will be capable of moving multiple initiatives forward productively in a dynamic and uncertain environment. This includes providing day-to-day project management under general supervision. Through, coordinating and aligning efforts across internal and external teams and stakeholders. In addition to assisting a wide variety of projects throughout their life-cycle from conceptual design through implementation. Ensuring that all projects adhere to the required standards of budget, timeline, and scope. The successful candidate will also have superior emotional intelligence and will be an effortless communicator. They will demonstrate empathy at all times, even with those who hold opposing views. They will have opportunities to interact across internal teams and stakeholders, as well as with clients and end-users.

• Responsible for monitoring the team’s progress.  
• Monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner, drawing particular attention to deviations from the original project plan
• Responsible for CRM including establishing and maintain relationships with third-party clients (both written and verbal), with the ability to suggest features.  
• Create and maintain comprehensive project SRS and other documentations
• Communicate with different departments to ensure achieving pre-set objectives and resolving escalated problems
• Organizing, attending, and participating in client and team meetings
• Facilitating periodical sprint planning, standups, and meetings
• Responsible for design and design adjustments.  
• Backlog responsibility from A to Z and prioritizing with clients.
• Responsible for sprint backlogs, prioritizing with clients, and delivering to clients.

• Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, MICT, BIS, or any relevant field
• 1+ years experience as product leader/manager
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
• Team-oriented with strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills are essential
• Web/Mobile technologies Experience
• Full understanding of EERD, SRS, and UML
• Experience with CMS platforms and understanding of APIs
• Report project team performance KPIs  
• Excellent follow-up and organization skills
• Ability to quickly learn processes and correlate with outcome
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
