Description:	Your work environment: We currently have a fantastic opportunity for (x4) Group Leader in our plant in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, which produces aluminum beverage cans. The position reports directly to the Production Manager. Job Requirements: Follow and maintain all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) instructions and procedures to keep safe working environment for you and colleagues. Ensure that all quality checks are done OTIF (on time in full) by your team. Maintain the quality standard of products on all machines in your area, whilst ensuring that they are running to their maximum efficiency and minimum spoilage. Maintain a good standard of machine and plant housekeeping and tidiness while maintaining all safe working practices. Solve line problems in co-operation with other group leaders, supervisor and Engineering department. Provide suggestions for continuous improvement on safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping. Communicate to your team and supervisors daily to discuss problems’ solving and areas of improvement. Lead the team within designated area (front end F/E or back end B/E) to ensure that members are following SOPs of: EHS, quality and production. Lead the team to achieve targets and KPIs of production: efficiency, spoilage, label change timing, raw material consumption. Ensure that all ESE (equipment setup evaluation) are done OTIF when required. Ensure that maintenance of the machines is done according to the PM&R given planning. Assist the team in troubleshooting and problem findings. Report the issues, potential risks, improvement ideas to the supervisors/production manager. Monitor and follow on shift basis raw material consumption in your area. Monitor and follow up the housekeeping programs. Communicate to your team new instructions and requirements. Train the new employees on SOPs and GMP (good manufacturing practices) in your area.
