Description:	Your work environment: We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Electrician in our plant in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, which produces aluminum beverage cans. The position reports directly to the Shift Supervisor.  Job Requirements:·        Perform installation, maintain & repair plant electrical systems and building machinery & equipment’s, always with a safety mind-set approach·        Make sure that electrical systems are safe and running efficiently.·        Perform required modifications (software & hardware) to keep machines operation at high performance and efficiency.·        Perform safety-related functions and other miscellaneous electrical functions.·        Troubleshoot electrical system (VFD, PLC’s, hard wirings) and root cause of issues.·        Service/Repair/Replace defective parts (i.e. Motors, relays, processors, cards, sensors .. etc.) as well testing prior return to stores·        Complete allocated tasks to the required standard in a timely manner·        Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices
Qualifications:	Applications are invited from qualified Electricians (Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronic) with minimum 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. Candidates should have experience of working ideally in a high-speed production environment. Experience of working with PLC systems would be an advantage. You are enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible and committed to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing and electrical processes, with great attention to details. Candidate must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety requirements (work permits) and precautions. In addition to the above you will have proven diagnostic, problem solving skills and employ a forward-thinking mind-set. As this is a (production) based role, you must have the ability to work safely and under pressure and be a self-motivated, proactive individual, with excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
