Description:	Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Carrying out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs. Measure, assess and agree on contract variations. Timely submission and negotiation of final accounts to the client/ main contractor and subcontractors. Managing and producing accurate formal reports in accordance with the project time plan.
Qualifications:	Holder of BSc. in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical). From 2 to 4 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor within construction and/or consulting organisation. Able to provide both summarized and detailed reports. Demonstrable experience in various construction contracts.
