Description:	Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems Develop and implement databases and data collection systems Responsible for developing and executing tools to monitor and report on data quality Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data Perform various data analytics in SQL, BI, G-sheets and MS Excel to provide the best of required reports Using of G-Scripts and Macros to develop Analytical tools for sake of business Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design and develop tools, techniques, metrics and dashboards for insights and data visualization Aware of “AHT, QA, C-Sat, Conversion Rate, Adherence and Productivity” Calculation Design and present proper presentations for data insights when required Ensure data quality and integrity Respond to data and product related inquiries in real-time to support all departments
Qualifications:	Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent 3-5 Years of experience in the same field Excel Expert. Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, start schema, as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases Experience building and optimizing Big-Data pipelines, architectures and datasets Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management G-Scripts & Macros Writer Basic Web Applications developer Professional Reporter & Presenter A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Understand of current data protection and privacy laws
