Description:	Objectives:  Our client, a large industrial manufacturing company in Qatar, is looking for a Vehicle Workshop Service Manager to join their team. The main objective of this position is to be the direct connection between the customers, service team and suppliers and to be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers.  Responsibilities:  Manage all facets of the day-to-day operations of the service department in an efficient and safe manner. Have the ability and experience to expand and set up new workshops. Maintain Company policies & procedures and ensure that quality standards & KPIs are achieved. Ensure vehicles tasks are completed correctly and within specified time. Look for ways to minimize operational costs without compromising standards of service. Oversee and mentor staff members while keeping workshop in clean and tidy state. Ensure all workshop operations are completed to professional standards. Manage the operation of the vehicle workshop ensuring vehicle compliance, safety, and budgetary control. Responsible for maintaining a large operation that provides major and minor servicing for all vehicles including trucks and trailers, light commercial vehicles, vans, cars, and SUVs.
