Description:
  • Working as a supervisor of gold Refinery section for refining pure Gold and Silver.
  • Responsible for Production of Gold and Silver and reported to refinery Head.
  • Responsible for Recovery of PM and Daily Report.
  • Prepare and Maintain All section Documents.
  • Coordinate with Team member and lead the team.
  • Responsible for Reduce the Monthly Cost of Production (COP).
  • Responsible to Prepare and Maintain All ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS) Document.
  • In addition the responsibility includes the melting of Dore, Silver & Gold bar melting.Responsible Produce 1 Kg Gold Bar, 99.99%, 99.5% Gold Bars.
  • Responsible for the Effective Operation of Gold Aqua Regia process and Precipitation Process.
  • Responsible for the Effective Operation of Silver Electro Refinery.
  • Responsible for the processing of the effluent generated during the process in Effluent Treatment Plant.
  • Troubleshoots minor operation problems and reports major problems and emergencies to refinery head / plant director with proposed solutions.
  • Evaluate daily Pertaining equipment performance, prepares production reports and recommends to team leader for improvement.
  • Supervise and personally participate in preparing the plant/equipment.
  • Supervise and personally participate in preparing the plant/equipment for maintenance work.
  • Supervise and personally participate in re-commissioning of the plant to ensure safe and efficient.
  • Responsible for Monitor and evaluates the reliability of plant equipment and plant performance.
  • Ensure availability of spares and chemicals stocks including review of chemicals and material inventories, maintaining adequate stock and issuing material requisitions.
  • Ensures sub-ordinates and contractors and customer are fully aware and adhere to the company’s HSE program, procedures, standards and systems.
  • Reports, investigate accidents/incidents and makes necessary recommendation for Improvement.
  • Carries out HSE tours, self-inspection and auditing to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Conducts risk assessments, toolbox meetings and prepare/review special procedures for non-routine operations and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of ISO systems, SHEQ procedures
  • 5 years+ work experience at a supervisor position in a Gold / Silver refinery plant or hydrocarbon process.
  • Good written and speaking in English.
  • Self-motivated, team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good Management/Leadership capability.
