Job DescriptionHighly Motivated, Team leader and Team Player Clear Understanding of GRC, GRP production requirements. Should have performed the managerial role for at least 5 years.
  • Good knowledge of steel and wood works related to GRC and GRP.
  • Highly knowledgeable about grades and materials used in GRC, GRP production with high standards regards to QA/QC.
  • Ensure adoption of new & latest technology for production.
  • Coordinating with design and site team for minimizing production cost and timely deliveries of production
  • Capture project requirements, provide clarifications to, and seek approvals & feedback from the site team at various stages of the project.
  • Act as a role model for safety and ensure compliance to safety policies at the factory. 
  • Overall production and cost control
  • Ensure quality of finished goods from factory that enables on-time dispatch to project sites.
  • Ensure optimum productivity of manpower as well as machines to enhance output from factory.
  • Approve material purchase schedule; Approve material requisitions and issue to shop floor.
  • Propose purchase of capital goods, including new machines, equipment, tools etc.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with design team and execution team at site on all technical and commercial aspects of the project.
  • Conduct site visits and site audits to ensure execution is as per the approved design.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil Engineering or Architectural
  • Good command in Arabic, English
  • Good knowledge and understanding of CAD and AutoCAD Drawing.
  • Previous work experience GRC, GRP Factory.
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Superb work ethic and ability to accept feedback.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
