Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

● Budget controlling/governance (Variance analysis preparation & approval pre-execution).

● Managing actual monthly financial reporting cycles and month end closing activities cross

functionally.  

● Managing deeply all purchase cycles from finance POV requirement.

● Managing our booking outsourced service and review each accounting entry documentation,

posting and cost allocation for BUD variance analysis preparation.

● Document controlling and archiving.

● Petty cash management.

•  Aware of the financial operations and reporting cycles.
•  Preferable to have 3 years in FP&A activities.
•  Good usage of spreadsheets.
•  Familiar with software tools to simplify the operations and ensure quality of reporting (Power BI/ Tableau).
•  Able to propose suggest cycles that support the business in simplifying business operations andgrowth.
•  Aware of foreign purchase cycle and documentation (Inventory cost & CAPEX cost)
•  Familiar with ERP systems & controls.
