Senior Quality Engineer

• Supervise and direct the QC engineers to achieve Quality goals.
• Supplier evaluation based on the technical specifications.
• Accept and reject daily batches of raw material in the receiving area.
• Check the validity of inward materials then by inspection or laboratory or experimental tests or physical assembly on production line.
• Ensure the availability of inspection standards for all direct materials (specs – drawing – inspection instruction).
• Apply the sampling inspection procedures for inward materials according to international standards
• Use the statistical process control tools to monitor and control the quality of raw material and end product.
• Define and allocate the needs of measuring instrument / tools to fulfill the inspection and testing requirement.
• Ensure the validity and suitability of used measuring instrument / tools by ensuring their accuracy and calibration status.
• Submit reports regularly to Quality Assurance Manager to monitor the supplier performance and shipment quality per each supplier.
• Work closely with R&D, QA and Procurement for supplies follow-up and new components approval through article acceptance process. 

Bachelor degree in Engineering is a must 

(preferred mechanical or electrical)

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience, 5 of which in a similar position
• A proven achievements in the field

• Strong computer knowledge in MS Office, advanced excel, Quality Management systems (QMS) and ERP system
• Very good written and spoken Englishlanguage 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders across different functions 
• Acceptable level of knowledge in manufacturing techniques and existing resources
• Advanced understanding of product specifications and standards
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and test results evaluation
• Participated previously in FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and quality control plan
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 , ISO 17025, SASO …etc.
