Description:	Identifies and evaluates risk areas, provides key input to development of audit plan and reasonable assurance that riskmanagement control and systems are functioning as purportedwhich will enable Company’s objectives and goals to be met. Report risk management issues and internal control deficiencies to Audit Committee and CEO and provide recommendations forimproving Company operations in terms of efficient and effectiveperformance. Perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence anddocumenting auditee’s processes and procedures. Conducts interviews, reviews documents, conduct walkthrough tests, develop and administer surveys, compose summary memos,and prepare working papers. Identifies, develops, documents audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed.Communicate results of the audit and consulting projects via writtenreports including Executive Summary, detailed observations
