Description:	Key Accountabilities: Testing new raw material and new products and check whether it conforms to the required specification, and communicate testing results with production manager Responsible for directing phases of the quality control function including material review, material approvals, corrective actions, Calibration, Lab testing, Scrap report, in process inspection, sampling methods Meet Plant Quality goals, develop solution in order to enhance the quality monitoring procedures Develops, finds approval and implements own department budget to ensure expenditure is line and within approved base limits. Review develop and update standards, bill of material and procedures for implementing quality management system Analyse and reduce the customer complaints in order to enhance customer loyalty and satisfactions Ensure quality objectives applied in the company according to the policy. Ensure field staff to strictly adhere to the defined quality procedures and specifications Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish desired outcomes including high levels of customer satisfaction To receive customer complaints, investigate it, find the root cause, make the corrective actions, and contact the customer to resolve it. to communicate with supplier for any quality issue related to the raw materials. Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods. To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager 1. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any other related field 7 – 10 years of experience in the same field. QMS Lead Certificate ISO 14000 & 9001 Lead Auditor certificates English Languages skills.
