Description:
  • Control of food and beverage outlets in terms of waste, theft and efficiency.
  • Effective control over the cost of food and beverages.
  • Responsible for updating recipes in the systems.
  • Check and confirm any promotional discounts.
  • Verify all adjustments made on the POS system.
  • Check the list prices and update them on the POS systems and ensure that the correct prices are loaded.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly and daily reports on food and beverages and distributing them to the management.
  • Preparing daily and monthly cost reports regarding cost of sales.
  • Check with the receiving department immediately to ensure the correctness of the scales and checking the goods to ensure their quality.
  • Verify and ensure that no materials are issued from the store without the request or approval of the concerned department head.
  • Coordinate with the management and financing of restaurants to sort out issues related to food and beverages.
  • Maintain the security of information maintained by the department
Qualifications:
  • A Degree in Accounting.
  • Experience in F&B IS A MUST.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytics and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Accounting System, POS Systems and cost and inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
