Description:
  1. Oversee all financial operations and direct the line of business’ financial planning and structure
  2. Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to the Top Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required)
  3. Submits the month/quarter/semi-annual & year closing to CFO and CEO with full set of reports and analysis including financial narratives
  4. Setting up a control system of billing to subsidiaries and other debtors to stream cash flow from internal and outsider sources 
  5. Advise the management on investment and loans for short and long range financial plans
  6. Submit business plan for whole company with full set of reports and analysis
  7. Prepare business evaluation and project appraisal (feasibility study) for new and current investment
  8. Manage company tax position and external audit to submit the tax return and financial reporting
  9. Controls financial status with suppliers on monthly basis including rebates, claims and credit notes issues
Qualifications:
  1. 10 – 15 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting fields
  2. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
  3. Post graduate studies: MBA
  4. Solid experience in costing and cost control
  5. Previous experience in logistics
  6. Excellent knowledge of accounting standards
  7. Excellent knowledge of external audit requirements
