Description:	Ensure the production plan allocation for each shift. Monitor and control the CF waste sources by fixing the machine leakages, minimizing the manual feeding, maintaining the rod weight targets (0% weight index) and controlling the cig sweep. Monitor and control the work flow to end the shift with min. rejected packs and left overs and Targeted RS stocks Inspected the LU’s online to ensure the reject rate is on target. Maintain production quality within specification and correct the deviation to decrease the VQI,in cooperation with Quality team. Collaborate with maintenance team to minimize the unplanned stoppages and recommend corrective actions to insure our KPI’s (Uptime, Reject Rate, and Secondary Yield) achievement. Prepare the daily reports and monitor related process performance. Lead, organize, motivate and coach the team to ensure our KPI’s achievement. Work closely with Supervisors to ensure the effectiveness production handovers. Maintain production floor standards by ensuring a clean, organize and safe workplace. Ensure that all production team are following the safety regulations (wearing the PPE’s – activated safety interlock and guards) and taking immediate action upon violating these regulation. Develop continuous improvement plans.
