Description:
  • Managing all the serious cases with the coordination of the GRM’s to determine the root cause of inferior customer service and take action by providing preventive measures to business units and centers.
  • Manage all ALJ Guests complaints in the kingdom as well as Guest complaints received through management to ensure Customer Relations activities meet business requirements.
  • Manages incident and request escalations by ensuring that they are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Manage and supervise group by providing strategic initiatives to resolve complaint and ensure smooth process execution which constitute daily operation.
  • Review dealers and regional GRM’s customer complaints at CRM on daily basis and communicate the serious voice of the customer with the concern by identifying all customer general and serious complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with independent dealers to develop an operating framework for complaint handling, ensure full obedience of all CR policies and effective and efficient processes of resolving customer complaints and achieve highest guest delight.
  • Follow up for the monthly report on serious complaints and convey the daily call of the day with the concern departments to ensure all complaint’s VOG classified as serious, major and general will be resolved at the right way.
  • Liaise with ALJ legal department and other departments to resolve customer complaints in the court or the ministry of commerce.
  • Discuss possible improvements in customer points of inconvenience by meeting with other managers to improve guests delight.
  • Coaching team in coding process to align the process by reviewing all coding on monthly basis.
  • Ensure complete adherence of Steps for complaint handling and all other methodologies by all ALJ or independent dealers’ associates who directly interact with ALJ customers to handle their complaints.
  • Investigate and resolve customers’ problems in coordination with ALJ legal department to resolve the complaints or any other government and/or non-government organization, which may be complex or long-standing problems.
  • Facilitate the issuance of GD Fund, buyback, discounts or compensation to guest whenever needed by monitoring the monthly GD Fund expenses to control the spending of the remaining GD Fund for customer delight in order to gain his loyalty.
  • Execute continuous process improvements of complaint handling by managing the group complaint management process to ensure that complaints information is fully and accurately entered into the CRM system to facilitate regular and ad hoc reporting.
  • Producing written information for customers when technical report is required by keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers through “Voice of Guests” (VOG).

  •  قم بمراجعة شكاوى التجار وعملاء GRM الإقليميين في CRM على أساس يومي وتوصيل الصوت الجاد للعميل مع القلق من خلال تحديد جميع شكاوى العملاء العامة والخطيرة لضمان رضا العملاء.
  •  التنسيق مع الوكلاء المستقلين لتطوير إطار تشغيلي للتعامل مع الشكاوى ، وضمان الامتثال الكامل لجميع سياسات السجل التجاري والعمليات الفعالة والفعالة لحل شكاوى العملاء وتحقيق أعلى درجات إرضاء الضيف.

  •  إنتاج معلومات مكتوبة للعملاء عندما يكون التقرير الفني مطلوبًا عن طريق الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للمناقشات أو المراسلات مع العملاء من خلال “صوت الضيوف” (VOG).
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in service delivery and supply chain operations – covering vehicle Service, Sales, and Parts operations from origin to retail level. 
  • Proficiency in email environments, MS Office Suite, CRM technologies. 
  • Effective problem solving skills.
