Description:	Leading, coaching, and supporting the class team. Accountable of the overall performance of the team and whether it meets Trillium objectives. Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive classroom and work environment. Makes sure children feel belonging and acceptance in their own class and by all teachers through the social-emotional techniques reflecting the philosophy of the Montessori standards. Ensures the class is ready for children to work and interact with a complete material at all times. Enhances the teamwork spirit. Reflects the friendly professional attitude at work. Helps the teachers manage their time by making sure they follow their schedules. Mentor the teachers as a follow-up of training provided by management. Providing constructive criticism and helpful solutions to other teachers without alienating or discouraging them.
Qualifications:	Fluent in English, spoken and written. Flexible, can work effectively in a team. Good communication skills with both children and parents. Montessori experience is a must.
