  • In charge of diamond wheel grinding – final grinding Carbides and ceramics
  • Grind variety of high and tight tolerances small and large specifications
  • Work from detailed drawings, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to identify component/manufacturing specifications
  • Supervise the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives
  • Determine the best practice machining methods for each part
  • Use dial indicators, micrometers, and other standard and special precision inspection equipment to set up, adjust and check dimensions
