Description:	Engage with business requirements, and perform system analysis to produce initial design documents, delivery tasks , priorities, and viable alternatives. Monitor and manage deliverables and team members through the SDLC phases till production. Analyze defects and ensure testing and resolutions are done in timely and effective manner Escalate, negotiate, and follow up with vendors on resolutions of issues in timely and efficient manner. Coordinate and collaborate with all stakeholders of the projects to ensure successful delivery of requirements within time frame assigned.
Qualifications:	Strong interpersonal communication. Leadership and achiever personality Project organization and structured process oriented. Strong professional English communication ( oral and Written) Strong Software development experience driven by SDLC Systems integration Experience .
