| Description: | – Asma Marine International Shipping Company announces its need for an employee in the Overseas & Export Operation Department At least two years experience in the field of shipping * Duties : – Prepare and complete the air and/or sea freight quotes worldwide for all types and modes of shipping containers and updated them monthly. – Implementation of air and/or sea and land operations issued by all shipping systems starting from collecting rates, up to issuing the invoice for the operation file. – Ensure that the shipment is carried out according to the journey booked, issuing the policies and reviewing them and obtaining the documents of the customer (the source), and attaching them to the recipient or agent. |
| Qualifications: | – 2 – 4 years of experience in the field of shipping – Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. – Hard worker & have problem-solving skills. – Excellent computer skills. – The ability to communicate in the English language is MUST
