• Planning, preparing high-quality English language lesson plan PPTs that meet different customer groups’ needs, taking into account individual learning styles.
• Contributing to developing, evaluating, and improving English language courses, materials, and related services.
• Deliver on-the-job training and other developmental tasks when required.

• Trinity London College TYLEC, or Cambridge CELT-P, CELT-S, CELTA, FELT, PCELT
• Undergraduate or University degree 
• High proficiency in English i.e. full mastery of English across all 4 skills, equivalents to user (CEFR C1)
• Experience in teaching young learners, lesson planning and course design.
