Description:	Prepare incoming and outgoing groups and individual programs under the supervision of the Tourism Manager. Online hotels reservation. Offline hotels reservation. Book train tickets worldwide. Book transportation worldwide. Prepare entry visas such as Schengen – UK – USA Prepare the files from A-Z (open the file, issue payment order – issue invoice – deliver the file to the financial department.
Qualifications:	Bachelor Degree in relevant field Experience 5 – 8 years. Good communication skills to be able to communicate with clients and sell the prepared offers and the corporate companies. Proficiency in MS Office is a MUST Good planning and organizational skills Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills Ability to work independently or as a team player Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Able to work under pressure. Able to solve any kind of problem might be facing with the clients.
