Description: Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Project Coordinator provides executive support in analysis, documentation, follow up on agenda, minutes meeting and follows up on key points with Senior Management and key external Contacts , to facilitate accomplishment of tasks in a timely manner.
 The Project Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts on all matters pertaining to the Managing Director.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assists the Managing Director in daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing the key tasks on behalf of the MD in managing agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  2. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the Management Team, prepares minutes of the meetings and follow up on behalf of MD on updating of follow up actions.
  3. Communicates directly and on behalf of the Managing Director with Board members and others on matters as advised by the MD.
  4. Maintains follow up agenda for the MD in relation to various initiatives and Management of the Organisation.
  5. Reviews various reports submitted and provide summary and update to the Managing Director.
  6. Maintains Documentation on behalf of the Managing Director and ensure proper storage and retrieval as required.
  7. Communicates with the general staff on Managing Director’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally
  8. Acts as a liaison officer with the Senior Management as well as the key outside interface executives.
  9. Keeps updating the Annual Plans and provides feedback to the Managing Director on key action points.
  10. Any other tasks specifically assigned from time to time.
