| Description: | · Direct and control of the projects from the design stage, through to completion and the handover of the projects to the client.· Manage of operations on-site ensures that the project is completed and meets the required time, budget, and quality constraints.· Manage contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with main contractor and consultants.. Ensure timely management of any unforeseen delays.· Regular monitoring and liaison with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager on the Master Program as required.· Liaise with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager to ensure adequate labor and sub-contract resource is available onsite utilizing the agreed agency list.· Managing the site’s teams and sub-contractors· Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff.· Requisition all materials, oversee the deliveries, and ensure they are done inadequate time in line with the construction program and procurement schedule.· Effectively communicate with the Design Team and consultants to ensure the timely release of design information.· Prepare the progress reports and other related reports for the top management. |
