Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Systems Engineer Certification, preferably in desktops, servers and networks
  • Minimum 3 years experience within a corporate environment 
  • Application of IT to resolve business problems
  • Computer literacy
  • Repair of general hardware
  • Knowledge of common Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of desktops, servers, and networks
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of the insurance market and the associated requirements – training required in this area
  • UIB Best Practice Manual/internal procedures
  • UIB placing process
  • UIB Products and Services
  • Core UIB IT systems.
