Junior Legal Affairs Specialist

Job Objective:

We are looking for a Junior Legal Affairs Specialist to join the legal department. This role offers a great opportunity for a motivated individual to combine the practice of legal research and contract drafting. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, confident and professional. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Egyptian, Gulf & EU law and policy-making processes and be quick to learn in new areas. He or she should be passionate about the work and willing to work hard to help in achieving our goals.

Duties and responsibilities

• Dealing with all external governmental and non-governmental agencies, outdoors and indoors.
• Carries on the required legal investigations and takes whatever procedures, recommendations, or decisions according to the labor law and the company policy and regulations.
• Provide the departments with legal opinion when needed.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, follow up on contract validity periods to determine renewal dates when required.
• Handle legal compliances and due diligence matters.
• Reviews any complaints and inquiries that have sent to the Legal department.

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Law English Section
• 0-2 years of experience
• Excellent English written and spoken
• Excellent in working with Microsoft Office
• Communication and problem-solving skills
