Description: We are looking for hardworking Junior Technical Recruiter that will be responsible for filling (software and hardware) positions with talented and qualified candidates. You will start with sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers hiring process.
Responsibilities:
  • Source and attracting candidates using a variety of search methods and database.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, performing phone screenings, shortlisting qualified candidates and conduct background checks.
  • Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
  • Schedule initial interviews with the hiring manager.
  • Coordinate for interviews for the candidates as requested by the client.
  • Notify candidates about status of their interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, quality of submissions, attraction rate, and sourcing activities returns

Qualifications:
  • Must have 2 years of IT Recruitment Experience.
  • Proven work experience as an IT recruiter.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in English & Arabic Languages.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
