Description: Key Accountabilities​​​​​​​Develop and communicate insightful analysis of business performance to key internal stakeholders. Lead UAT efforts related to data quality and automated KYC processes. Monitor and implement steps towards to positively impact operating income. Proactively address key compliance and audit points.
  • Establish and generate a standard set of management information aligned with relevant KPIs and business performance
  • Work with business to track and support digital migration efforts
  • Monitor revenue streams and support identification of the areas of revenue leakage
  • Day to day liaison with the business and other key stakeholders on business performance and analytics issues and projects
