Department Coordinator

1-Creating, Updating & follow up: Sales Opportunities, Quotations , Sales Orders , Purchase Orders , Deliveries , Service calls & money collection for all brands responsible in the dept.
2- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
3-Communicate with suppliers & customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
4-Keep SAP always up to date.
5-Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle any customer complaints.
6-Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
7- provide pricing and delivery information.

-Education: Bachelors of Electromechanical Engineering.
-AutoCAD.
-Experience: 1-2 years.
-Very Good written and oral communication skills.
-Very good English writing and speaking.
