IT & Media Specialist

• Enters customer and account data
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Installing new software and hardware components.
• Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
• Assisting with network administration tasks.
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
• Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
• Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network
• Supporting social media moderation & management.

Working Conditions:

• Working hours are from 9 am till 6 pm
• Friday & Saturday are off

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree of IT or computer science.
• Oracle Program Experience is a must
• Computer Skills & Microsoft Office.
• Previous knowledge of social media.
• Organization
