Description:	A professional construction will be responsible to set the project plan & ensure that the project is completed safely, on time and within budget. Preparing time schedules, updating them, and reporting to all project parties. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management. Monitor work progress vs time schedule, maintaining financial management and regularly reporting to the project manager Handling variation orders and invoices with the consultant and the project manager.  Preparing a written narrative of substantial Extension of Time (EOT) Claims including all supporting evidences with Particulars Undertaking the negotiation process for EOT and cost  Analyzing, assessing and replying to the Subcontractor Claims and. negotiate on financial impacts of delay events with subcontractors Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in civil /architecture engineering or similar degree. Experience in residential and commercial projects is a must. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 3+ years of experience in technical office & site supervision in Egypt or MENA/GCC. At least have 2 years of experience in same position. Mastering different drawing tools.
