  • A manufacturing accountant completes gross margin analysis of a company’s products, inventory, and overall value. 
  • Your duties are to prepare, analyze, and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly gross margins, 
  • Assist in month-end closing and inventory, 
  • Work with production managers. 
  • Your responsibilities include maintenance and development of production, documentation, and submission of inventory, and accuracy and validity of inventory. 
  • Manufacturing accountants monitor to provide feedback to meet goals.
