Description:	To develop a retail strategy that supports the segment priorities and introduce an implementation plan to support the strategy that is measurable. Plan,set and manage the annual retail operating budget, re-forecast quarterly as appropriate and take steps to address underperformance. Lead a team of regional managers to establish the highest standards of customer service across the stores Set objectives, measures and key performance indicators are in place and any address any issues as appropriate. Monitor and evaluate the commercial performance of each shop,Track the performance of the retail business and evolve key priorities in line with performance. Develop a clear merchandising strategy – for the retail and food services environments. Identify growth and new business investment opportunities Present monthly results against targets set and to outline actions required to improve performance. Drive optimal trading margin through detailed analysis of category performance on a unit by unit basis. Evaluate the benefits of the partnership with external franchises
Qualifications:	Bachelor degree Proven experience in a senior management role within a large or multi-site retail business Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong commercial and analytical skills
