Description:	Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth Manage sales and Marketing team Works with other department heads to determine company goals and KPIs Contacting potential and existing customers to achieve the sales target. Increase sales revenue and expand client base Leading the commercial plan, taking an active part in the definition and execution of ECC commercial strategy Develop analytical frameworks and models that will help enhance performance in the commercial function. Provide clear communication, direction and processes to teams. Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management winning new client contracts to developing marketing and growth strategies and campaigns
Qualifications:	10+ years of experience in sales and marketing field Must be a strategic thinker and have strong negotiation skills Experience in one of these sectors are preferred (Real Estate, Banking, Automotive) or in service industry MBA or DBA holder is advantage Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Excellent English language
