Key Accounts Manager (Wooden or construction )

1- Searching for new projects and arranging meetings with clients to present the company’s products and previous works.

2- Building good relationships with both clients and senior consulting offices.

3- Coordination between the company and clients to ensure the suitability of the nature of the project to both parties.

4- Negotiate prices, payment terms and contract terms.

5- Follow up with the technical office in the factory to prepare the drawings required by the client.

6- Follow-up with the various departments and departments of the factory to meet customer requirements.

7- Follow up the supply and installation works at the sites.

8- Follow up on the completion of the collection procedures.

9- Preparing all reports related to the performance of work tasks.

1. Appropriate higher qualification

2. Experience of not less than two years: (preferably but not required) technical office engineer or quality engineer.

3. Excellent organizational skills.

4. Doing different tasks at the same time and setting priorities.

5. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

6. Excellent presentation skills.

7. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

8. Good email report writing skills

9. Ability to work in a team

10. Ability to work under pressure

11. A car is required
