| Description: | Process and Follow up Customer Orders from its enquiry stage till delivered to the customer Communicate and interact with the customers through a variety of means- by telephone, by email, by fax and in person Provide information in response to inquiries about products, product availability, delivery time, etc Responsible to send the statement of account, TDS and product samples Coordinate closely with other Departments such as Finance, Production, Planning and Logistics to ensure the customer orders are delivered in full and on time Act as a backup for Sales Representative when is required, to finalize any administrative or service related task Prepare & Send Sales Quotations made to the customer Record all customer inquiries Interact by phone/e-mails with customers to solicit sales back orders, collect information or conduct follow-up Provides sales staff with customer performance reports and sales target achievements, weekly – سنتان-4 سنوات خبرة – مؤهل عالي – تسويق ومبيعات |
