• The purpose of this position is to answer customer calls;
• Provide first-level troubleshooting (if a customer complaint) and/or provide information and guidance (if a general customer inquiry) in order to resolve customer issues/inquiries.

• Graduates and undergraduates without attendance.
• Fluent in Japanese and Very good in English Language is a must.
• Rotational shifts.
• 0-5 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply).
• Gender: M/F.
• Good communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
