Description:

· Adheres to operational guidelines and SOPs in issuing approvals.

· Obtaining all necessary information on requests for the purpose of completing issuing.

· Detect fraudulent request scheme.

· Inputting requests data into the system accurately and ensures database and documentation

· Assisting Quality assurance, Claims, Corporate relation agents and DOS to deliver optimum service without waste or abuse

· Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of insurance policies and legal issues

· Suspending requests that require further investigation in order to resolve them appropriately

· Proactively seeking to clarify and resolve requests using the best method of communication and initiative

· Responding to all relevant incoming queries from the company’s internal departments

· Working on a shift basis as required by supervisor and manger

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine

· 1-2 Years of experience

· Good Command of English Language .

· Excellent computer skills, Communicates clearly and effectively
