Description:	Role Purpose: Process Executive, Finance – To process the invoices in defined turnaround time with accuracy, To handle the supplier queries (Calls and Email queries) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To Achieve the defined SLA and Key Performance Indicators for AP related business process To ensure the productivity is achieved on daily basis consistently To ensure invoice processed , queries are handled and supplier paid on time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – OPERATIONALInvoice processing: Responsible for invoice processing in the workflow Validation Documentation To validate the invoices processed are accurate  Queries  To ensure the internal & external queries are resolved and communicated Accuracy To monitor the accuracy of the invoice & payment processed Key performance indicators (KPI) / KPI Monitors Number of invoice processed in workflow Accuracy of invoice processed Number of queries handled and resolved Accuracy of the Payment processed
