Description:	To be the Company’s Project Manager’s representative on site To perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects. To work as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, consultants and subcontractors. Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site Solve technical issues that arise daily on Site Setting out, levelling and surveying the site; Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; Prepare reports as site requires Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors; Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
Qualifications:	Bachelor of Architectural / Civil Engineering 5-10 years of work experience Excellent command of Microsoft Office Excellent command of AUTOCAD Spoken and written English To be able to work in a Team Organization Skills Ability to plan ahead To have sufficient Technical skills To have an eye for detail Problem Solver Management skills
