| Description: | Generalist role within a bank that is seeing some very exciting growth, senior position within the hierarchy of the business Client Details Regional bank with a good presence in the UAE already, but following some changes in management they are now going through a very exciting expansion (particularly in Dubai). The bank is known to offer a wide range of products and does not have a reputation for high turnover of staff, unlike some competitors Description Selected responsibilities include: Handling corporate transactions Handling banking transactionsDisputes management Labour law issuesNegotiation of commercial contracts Candidates with experience of international jurisdictions combined with UAE laws would be most desirable. Profile To be considered you must: Have at least 8 years of legal experience Have demonstrable expertise within the banking/FS sector, ideally from a well known bank Have the agility and flexibility to handle a range of work, not just banking transactions Be on the ground in the UAE already Arabic language skills are not mandatory but may be considered an advantage Job Offer This candidate will enjoy a rare senior role within a close knit bank, as well as the chance to be a key part of the bank’s expansion.
