Description:	To ensure efficient working of the fleet for providing excellent quality across the region in a cost-effective manner by synchronizing and realigning within the distribution department. Duties & Essential: Responsible for delivery & Installation of Installation for Home Furnishings, Tiles & Sanitary products across Kuwait. Responsible for a team of drivers and installers and fleet of vehicles across Kuwait catering to customers daily. Ensure un/loading of furniture, sanitary, ceramic, and tiles – to check items are loaded/ off-loaded in the correct manner to optimum capacity. Ensure the system-guided process for deliveries from warehouses and showrooms through SAP. Ensure use of systems for all delivery requisites, Showroom, D&I, etc. Handle daily pre and post 48 hours’ complaints of customers registered via various modes. Ensure CSI scores are in line with the target by the implementation of various best practices. Rigorous feedback from the team and in the lookout for constant improvements across all areas Ensure that installers are well equipped and have all the necessary tools needed for installation. Maintaining and keeping a track of staff’s incentives and overtime. Scheduling vehicle preventive maintenance in liaison with various sections within the distribution department · Close coordination with category team for constant review/training of products. Coordinating between the showrooms & warehouses & stores for increasing efficiency within the fleet Assist in conducting interviews at the time of hiring and ensure that the right candidate is placed in the right position. Rigorous feedback from the team and on the lookout for constant improvements in both process and technology. Close coordination with BU for constant review of both operational and financial Prepare schedules for vehicles registration and traffic queries. Coordinating between the showrooms & warehouses & stores for efficient fleet movement Oversee fleet maintenance & repairs and manage/issue LPO’s in liaison with fleet supervisor Oversee proper use of fuel cards by maintaining a log and accounts for fuel end to end. Conduct meetings and briefings and update the team on all aspects related to the job. Providing training to staff on their work techniques and introduction to new products or methods. Develop, maintain, and adhere to disciplinary procedures, driver orientation program & feedback for employee recognition. Monitoring the fleet and likewise all reports of the fleet (online tracking system and physically) (GPS)
Qualifications:	Bachelors Degree Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Manpower & fleet management Having over 5 years experience in distribution operations + excellent pc skills
