Description:	Our client is a leading medical & beauty clinic, is looking for a Senior Beauty & Laser therapist that conducts a variety of non-medical and non-surgical face and body treatments including, but not limited to facials, chemical peel, meso therapy and laser treatment using medical devices. The Senior Therapist responsibilities include skin analysis, advising clients about suitable treatments, answering all beauty-related questions, and ensuring all tools and machines are used and sterilized correctly. also be able to recommend appropriate medical-grade skin care products and home skin care regimens. The Senior Therapist will work closely with other departments and refer clients when appropriate. *Key responsibilities:* Evaluate clients’ beauty needs by performing skin analyses with the guidance of the dermatologist when required. Ability to provide personalized treatment plans and home skincare products. Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and beauty trends. Perform various treatments based on clients’ needs and doctor’s recommendations in a time-efficient manner. Administering variety of aesthetic procedures not limited to laser hair removal. Properly sterilizing beauty tools and equipment after every use. Report inventory usage to Therapist/ Laser Trainer to ensure stocks are refilled daily. Enhance cross-selling and up-selling by advising homecare treatments and referring client to other departments. Continuous education and learning about the latest techniques with machines and products Participate in internal and external education courses and trainings Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Achieve personal and departmental targets Send weekly sales report to Therapist Section Head Attend weekly meetings with the medical team
Qualifications:	Bachelor in Nursing with Laser Certificates or Diploma in Beauty Therapy Minimum of 5 years of proven work in aesthetic field Having a strong understanding of Aesthetics treatment and Medical-grade Skin Care. Excellent customer-service and communication skills
