| Description: | Job Brief:Looking for a Hospitality Specialist who will be responsible for providing customers with excellent customer service and satisfaction and ensure that all in-House Guests are fully satisfied. Responsibilities:• Maintain Smooth check-in and check out for all guests• Ensure safety and security procedures are being followed within properties• Maintain good appearance and hygiene of all workers on site• Ensure all facilities are always maintained and in good shape and all maintenance/property damages are reported and resolved in a timely manner• Maintain operational stock, guest amenities, cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment• Ensure property statues are always updated (PMS vs Actual) maintain and follow up the property assets inventory (Periodic and non-periodic)• Process all guest request via different outlets; phone, in person, email, and other online services to ensure seamless service Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree – Hospitality business or relevant areas• Hotel Work experience/property management in housekeeping or relevant field• Experience in a customer-facing role Competencies:The following competencies are required
