Description:
  • Working on MRP module to monitor the spare parts’ stock levels and replenish if needed
  • Receiving purchase requisitions from Maintenance department
  • Sending RFQs to the approved vendors
  • Conduct the technical and financial evaluations for the quotations and place the POs accordingly
  • Follow up the imported shipments till receiving in the WH
  • Conduct monthly reports related to the section KPIs
  • Follow up with Finance department the outstanding invoices
  • Sourcing new suppliers to create more competition
Qualifications:
  • Education background : Engineer (Mechanical or Weaving) 
  • Years of experience : 3-5 years in foreign indirect procurement 
  • Languages : Fluent Arabic and English 
  • ERP experience : Preferable SAP user 
  • Other skills : Preferable to be familiar with MRP modules .
