Call Center Agent

• Receiving automated pre-dialed calls to qualified leads, trying to reach the patient to offer Cardio & DNA testing appointments covered by the US. government.
• Update, maintain, and grow the CRM with customers’ information.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly targets/KPIs.

What we offer:

• Competitive monthly salary  starts with 4000 L.E as a fixed monthly salary for the first 3 months and then the salary will be increased with bonus and incentives.
   
• 3 months probation period contract and after passing the probation period contract will be renewed to an annual based contract.
   
• Flexibility to work from home after passing the first month on site.

• Fixed shift (3 pm – 12 am).
   
• Fixed off days (Saturdays & Sundays).
   
• Transportation will be provided (door-to-door for ladies and nearest collection points for gentlemen).
