Qualifications:	Good knowledge of operations management Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management Experience budgeting and forecasting Familiarity with business and financial principles Excellent communication skills Leadership ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field preferred
