Description:
  • Responsible for creation of all coded Front-end deliverables.
  • Responsible for mentorship and guidance to technical team members in all project activities.
  • Able to shift between a creative and a technical focus depending on the project need.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining web applications.
  • Lead and Manage a team of Front-end Developers, UI/UX developer, and UI Designer.
  • Ensure applying the technical specs of the design.
  • Provide ongoing support to the website on development staging, and production environments
  • Participate in sprint planning and discussions
  • Develop across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets.
  • Managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
  • Enhance existing applications and software products.
  • Provide management with key feedback and assistance for personnel evaluations and development plans.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Consultation to other departments for the creation of training.
  • Provide Guidance for team members and ensure accomplishment of design team goals.
  • Attend technical and Business meetings.
  • Participates in scoping and planning work.
  • Write technical documentation (admin guides), presentations, and contribute to determining internal processes.
  • Lead and Manage a team of Front-end Developers, UI/UV developer, and UI Designer.
  • May perform other related duties as assigned
  • Lead recruiting of new Front-end members.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of experience hand-coding HTML, CSS and other UI technologies.
  • Deep understanding of object oriented JavaScript, solid programming background.
  • Good Experience In Angular.
  • Expertise developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, DOM implementations, etc.
  • User Interface Design, Information, graphic design experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope development work.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written & oral communication as well as presentation skills.
  • Proven Team management skills.
