· Approach new sales channels to reach customers’ leads through referrals.
· Achieves sales targets within deadlines.
· Provides analysis reports on customer needs, problems, interests, to the direct manager.
· Stays up to date with sales market trends, best practices, and promotional trends.
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing     reports; making recommendations to direct manager.
· Determine clients’ needs, preferences & financial abilities to propose suitable property.
· Conduct meetings or site visits with potential clients for better Project orientation.

 

· Bachelor’s degree.
· Excellent user for CRM.
· Excellent Command of English is a must.
· Excellent Selling & Negotiation Skills.
· Excellent Communication &Presentation Skills
